Legacy Moving & Storage

Want to stress that the two gentlemen from Legacy who actually moved our furniture, like got out of the truck to do their job, did a great job. They were both quick, friendly, and helpful. I'd name names but I do not know them.
The issue is entirely with the guy driving the truck, who did not do a great job, or really any job at all beyond driving from Point A to Point B.
Despite their word in writing and the fact that they advertise packing services on their website, the driver said he wasn't prepared for them to pack anything when they showed up.
So, because of that, after they finished dropping off our furniture, we still had to spend until midnight finishing everything that they didn't do despite their word ourselves.
Thanks to the two guys who actually did your job. I hope you don't spend all your time picking up that dude's slack.

These guys were on time and moved fast.. but were cautious with what they were moving.. They were very pleasant even tho it was hot and there was a flight of stairs. Thanks again Donnie, Francis, and Rick for helping me make a sweet lady’s move more bareable. Your interaction and conversation with her about her cats as you worked truly helped.
