Caring transporter, great with animals, arrived ahead of schedule!

Legacy was good. I do think the pups should be taken out of there crates at some point on the way here
Callie went crazy the first time we put her in a crate. She had to be removed to get her to calm down. Also can someone please cut the nails before delivered. We could not cut them and are taking her to vet on the 2nd. Over holidays everyone closed or booked. My arms and legs are cut up very bad from her long nails. She's a good pup ,having some trouble with potty training her. Hopefully in time she will get it. Outside to potty. We do love her so
So we will keep trying. Take her out every hr. She will still come back in and go pee or poop. Any advice would be helpful. Our other Shepherd was easy to potty train but we never used pee pads.Sge went outside from the beginning. Ty for advice. Judy Cucchiarella ❤️

We are very happy with the transportation services. The driver arrived exactly when they said they would and brought along all documentation plus some food for the puppy. Clarence was the driver and he was very friendly!

I recently used Legacy Pet Services to deliver my new puppy from Ohio to New Jersey. I was incredibly impressed with Clarence’s professionalism and reliability. From the first text & phone call, to the final delivery, the communication was top-notch, keeping me updated every mile of the way. I called Clarence so many times to check up on my puppy (and him- of course) and he did not seem bothered in the slightest bit. Clarence was courteous and handled my fragile cargo, and the dozen of other puppies, with the utmost care. When my new puppy arrived, she was clean and happy. He was extremely organized and made sure he was giving the right puppy to the right person, knew every stop he made, and every stop he was going to make. Every puppy he was transporting, had their tails wagging, barking and jumping all over their crates. What really stuck out to me the most, is when he reached out to update me, and the delivery time got pushed back a bit due to traffic and his reply was “I’m sorry I’m running a little bit behind. I can’t drive fast, I have to keep the dogs safe”. I would highly recommend Legacy Pet Services to anyone needing reliable puppy transportation.

This has been the best experience ever! I am a first time dog owner and they have made this process very smooth! Answered all my questions prior to purchasing my dog!
