Absolute SHAM of customer service. We reserved a Budget truck TWO WEEKS AGO and they decide to call us this morning, 45 minutes before we are supposed to pick it up, to tell us they don't have it. Did you just magically rent it out to someone else 45 minutes before we are set to pick ours up? Or did you just magically lose our phone number or magically forget to tell us sooner that you gave the truck away out from under us? Because that is not much better, either. Definitely should have given us a bigger heads up. They tried to offer us a small cargo van-- as if that can move the large furniture that we need to move. We rented the size we did for a reason. He is now calling other facilities, approximately 45 minutes out of our way, to see if they have the correct truck in for us to rent right now.... and is only willing to knock $50 off the price!!! We are supposed to pick our truck up in 9 minutes and now we are screwed. What is even the point of making a reservation!? Absolutely DO NOT recommend renting a moving truck from this facility. Lousy communication and lousy customer service.

So helpful with all of our moving needs. They helped with a truck, movers, packing materials, & of course boxes :)

Sorry to leave a review, but, as others are saying, the lady from Budget called saying she has no trucks for my move in one day. I am literally looking out my window as I work right next door, and I see 4 of them in the parking lot. Should definitely never book a truck with this place, because as the other people have said about this place, they never come through...worthless

I reserved a truck here in March of 2018 for a very important move I had to accomplish in July of 2018. I called 2 days prior to my move to make sure the truck was there. They assured me it was reserved. However, less than 16 hours before I went to pick up the truck, they called and said they did not have the truck I reserved 4 months ago. She said we don't have it and have a nice day. I ended having to spend 6 hours on the phone to find a truck last night and pay TRIPLE the price for it because it was last minute. Do not ever rent from here. They will not have what you reserve. they need to watch the Seinfeld episode about what a reservation is. I called corporate and they were just like 'well, a reservation just means we do our best to have a truck for you'. I said to them, no, that is not what a reservation is. A reservation means you have taken it out of inventory for sale on that day and have reserved it for the reserving party. Anyways, do not use this place and do not use budget.
