The plastic-stacking-moving box rental service with matching dolly wheel carts is excellent. These made our move very quick and easy - recommended for a quick and smooth move. We returned the boxes within the week and completely unpacked in new apartment. Very happy with the rental box service :-).

This store front also serves as a Budget Truck Rental location. We reserved a 26' truck via Budget's webpage three weeks in advanced to be picked up from this location today. On arrival at 8am (opening time) no employees were present. Employees opened the storefront at 8:10am. We were then informed that they did not have any large trucks available for rental despite our reservation. The employee claimed they had tried to call us to inform us of this change 'seven times' over the last week but no one ever picked up and they were unable to leave any messages because 'our voicemail wasn't working'. To be perfectly clear- we received zero calls from this company. We confirmed they had our correct number and also had them call our cellphone while standing in front of them in the store to demonstrate our voicemail was functioning properly. We left with no truck and very screwed up moving plans. Thank goodness for the Herndon U-Haul who saved the day. We do not recommend this company.

Reserved a truck for this morning and was told they had given it to someone else the same morning we were supposed to pick it up. The woman in the office was very defensive and tried to say it was are fault because we didn't return her phone call the day before. This is a horrible business that is more worried about themselves than their customers.

Employees weren’t on site for pick and drop off. Wouldn’t rent from them again.
