Let's Get Moving - LGM Boys

Lowest option was 1/5 stars or else it would be 0 stars. Here's a list of issues:
-Day of my move I heard nothing, unresponsive until finally someone answered. 1.5 hours late from the initial time.
-Scheduled a 5 person move, 2 people showed up.
-Made sure that they knew I had several items (TVs, treadmill, bed frames, couch, etc.) that required tools. They showed up w/o a single tool. All I had left at 11AM was a TV and bed frame that required tools, probably would take 15 min max. It took them 1 hr. and 40 minutes to do it since they had no tools (they charge you hourly).
-Drove to my GF's place since we had a two-stop move. 25-30 min drive, it took 1 hr. 24 min. (again, charged hourly).
-At 2:45PM my GF said 'All they have left is bed frame, TV, and treadmill'. Since they did not have tools, this took 55 min total. But the thing is they only were able to do the bed, they didn't even get the TV and treadmill. We had to pay a DIFFERENT person the next day to come with tools and help get it. Both were on their 'inventory sheet' they clearly do not look at.
-Eventually we get to the new place at 4:12PM, just need to unload stuff and put it back together. They left after 7PM, legitimately an hour plus was due to not having tools. They took off our door with a screwdriver to try to fit a couch down (because it's legs required tools), didn't work so they put back on the door, hand screwed the bed frames together, etc. A lot of standing around and wondering 'Hmm, how do we get this stuff together? We could go get tools from the store and finish in 10 minutes. Or, we could sit here and try to take off the door for a third time and see if the couch will fit?'.
-Then finally our 3rd, 4th, and 5th movers came, one of which is the boss, and they seemed to act like nothing was wrong. They had tools and of course finished everything in like 5 minutes, showing how quick things could've been had they been prepared at 8AM.
-Now this entire move took 8 hrs, and while they made two stops, both my GF and I don't have much and I moved the majority of my stuff myself, only had big furniture items (from 800 sqft 1 bedroom apartments). I think it legitimately took double what it would've taken for me to hire two friends with tools. We ordered a 5 man moving crew (paid the 5 man deposit which is more than 2 men), were charged the full price, and all they did was 'remove the $140 travel charge'. He said that as if he was doing me a huge favor. So essentially we were charged as if 5 men showed up prepared, moved us without any hiccups, and it took 8 hours. But they were generous and gave me a $140 discount. Clearly from all this above, there were plenty of hiccups.

To make things worse, after they left I realized they broke my computer monitor which shouldn't come as a surprise. My work gave me an invoice for them, but the problem is they do not answer and have basically ignored all communication I've had. Now I don't know how they have such good ratings, but my guess is they either pay people off or delete reviews? Either way, trust me on this: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The reviews are a lie. I've had many moves in my life, good & bad, but this tops all. Rent a U-Haul and find a friend with tools.

Blair, Russell, and Jaevon packed up my place today and they were amazing; efficient, polite, funny, professional, courteous, and took excellent care of my belongings. Definitely, 1,000% would recommend!!
