Liberty Bell Moving & Storage

The individual movers were OK, but management was terrible. They confirmed my move time the night before, then tried to push the move back multiple hours 20 minutes before the move. Given that we had everything in motion this was not an option. After talking with them, and them being rude about it, they sent a crew over, which arrived 45 minutes late. The crew did a fine job, but were fairly slow, and basically refused to take directions/input, causing further delays in the move time. I had prepaid for a 2 hr move, and when they went 20 minutes over (due to not taking directions, and driving past the delivery site, etc.), the company charged me extra. I raised the concerns, and they basically said too bad. Can't recommend.

Update: After asking them to waive the extra $35 charge they tried to impose on me, they have threaten to contact my employer and tell them I'm attempting to 'extort' them. Truly crazy and unprofessional.

I had a great experience moving with Liberty Bell. Riley and Caleb were so efficient, communicative, and professional. Everything made it perfectly to my new house. I would definitely use Liberty Bell for my next move.

The gentlemen were very professional and non-intrusive. The move was done much quicker than I had anticipated. This is the third move I have been through with Liberty and would highly recommend them.

The Liberty Bell crew arrived promptly and got to work quickly and efficiently. They were all very courteous and professional. I figured on two hours for the load-out and another 2 and maybe 3 for the move-in. They had the entire job finished in 3 hours. They were not my lowest bid and the fee just to get the truck to my location and back was high but they ended up being totally worth it!
