Liberty Bell Moving & Storage

I would give 0 stars if possible. I’m very
disappointed in the movers themselves. It took them 3 hours plus to load
the truck, and they weren’t able to fit everything. They spent at least a
third of the time standing around or sitting and chatting. Then, a half
hour unload and time for lunch turned into four and a half hours before
the delivery of our items. When they arrived, they spent 15 min in the
truck and appeared and smelled high. At 8:30 pm one of them was
shouting over what I think was a football score. Overall their demeanor
was very unprofessional.
In addition, several of our items arrived damaged. It appears our sofa
was left with its back in the mud and snow. Items they packed were
packed poorly, including an espresso machine that was not emptied of
water and soaked through the bottom of the box. Many boxes were torn,
heavy boxes were dropped in top of fragile boxes, and frequently boxes
were just dropped with no regard to if they were marked fragile.

The response from the company was EXTREMELY unprofessional though I shouldn’t be surprised given their behavior here on reviews. We will be going through an attorney to try and recoup damages. I hope their franchise HQ sees these and takes appropriate action.

Ill keep this PG Was trying to negotiate and chat with David and he's was nothing but 'rude'. Over priced anyway compared to all the other moving companies. Don't recommend doing business with such a JA
Everyone else in bangor charged 80 for travel fees where he was wanting to charge 580.00. Be careful using this company. After reading the reviews I saw these imbeciles pull shelf out of walls instead of unscrew them lmao. You get what you pay for.
