I wish I could give more than 5 stars - The Liberty team was absolutely amazing. It was extremely easy to book, the team moving us was incredible and very thorough and the price was very fair for all the work they did. They worked in 90 degree weather with not one complaint and all had positive attitudes and were joking with us all day long. It was a blast moving, who can say that?! I will be recommending them to everyone I can.

Nothing but great things to say about the job Liberty did in moving my aging parents from MA to VA. From the original walk-through and quote (Paul), to scheduling (Patty), to the actual move-out and move-in (Jamie and his team of super-hard workers), and even through the resolution of a billing discrepancy (Paul again), Liberty was responsive and professional at every turn. They certainly proved the value of a smaller local company.

The movers were professional, worked efficiently, asked questions when needed and communicated progress throughout the loading and unloading. They did all the lifting, we just watched. We would recommend Liberty to friends and family. The crew (Job 42160) gets a five star, Rob, Dave, & Danny.

Best moving crew ever

The lady on the phone, Patty, was extremely rude, and quite obviously drunk. I mean, come on. Drunk on a weekday? I was calling to ask about the process and cost for household storage. She said she couldn't understand me. I kept repeating myself, and she kept saying the same thing - 'I DON'T UNDERSTAND YOU' in this mocking tone too. Absolutely unbelievable. I don't care about even using this place, but if there's anything I have to say to you guys, get this woman to an Alcoholics Anonymous! Sheesh...
