I used Liberty/United Moving and Storage for a move from Manhattan, New York City to Utah. The estimator, Matthew Sussman, was very easy to contact and set up an appointment to check out my NYC apartment. He explained the ins and outs of moving, especially for a cross-country move. He gave me an appraisal after the visit, which was the price I paid. No hidden costs or up-charges. A pick-up date was easy to schedule. The truck and crew showed up--maybe a little later than expected, but due to the terrible traffic and parking in New York City, I certainly considered by to be on time! The crew started working immediately and were very careful with the actual transporting from the apartment, loading the elevator, and packing the van (3 Pods were used--just as Matthew had estimated). The Move Coordinator, Cece Burgess was also accessible and easy to work with. The only glitch was the truck was not dispatched to Utah when expected, and the actual delivery was about a week past the estimated delivery date. The local Destination Agent, Mesa Moving & Storage put a crew on for a Saturday delivery to get everything to me as quickly as they could. CeCe filed for reimbursement due to the late delivery. I didn't have to do anything. I did receive a check without having to do a follow-up. There was a very small amount of damage (2 Lamp shades) that I submitted for reimbursement. I had a check with no questions asked in less than 2 weeks. The move was much easier than I ever expected it to be, and I highly recommend Liberty Moving & Storage.

Just wanted to post a review on how fantastic Liberty Moving was on the move My wife and I had from NJ to TN. The salesperson Greg who came out to our home answered all of our questions and promptly supplied us with a quote. Liberty Moving had been reccommended to us by our realtor and did not disappoint! Everything arrived perfectly, the team in TN led by the driver Ramon, carefully unpacked all the furnitiure and got all the boxes into the respective rooms. The whole experience was stressfree! thank you Liberty!

I used United, which contracted with Liberty Moving as I moved from NJ to Louisiana. They were wonderful! Good communication, timely, and professional. They did a great job protecting my valuables.

I used Liberty Movers after I had a logistic hiccup with a different company. They were responsive, detailed, and very fair in their pricing. I moved from Long Island, NY to San Antonio, TX and because I needed extra time for the home to be ready, they stored my stuff. Since the move took longer to get out of storage than expected, our sales rep, Ken, was accomodating and refunded me $100/day that it was late. Would definitely recommend and use again for their honesty and responsiveness alone.
