Liberty Transportation & Storage

Items were not delivered as per contract. Several items were not placed on original truck and I was not notified until 11 days later. As of this review, these items are still in New Jersey with no definitive plans as to when they will be transported to Florida. Staff is either non responsive or not helpful. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. They are in possession of all my personal and many sentimental items with no promise of delivery date. And all they have offered is a very minor credit. They were recommended by a friend but engaging their services was the biggest mistake!!

Liberty moved me and my husband on sept 4th. They were phenomenal. Professional and fast. I could not believe how well they work as a team it was beyond my expectations . And they were so nice. You guys deserve a raise! I will recommend this company

Moving cross country and at least 1/3 of our possessions were not on the truck- company had split our delivery with another customer- even though we had to pay iIN FULL! 10 days later and still not received with poor responsiveness or urgency from the mover.

We had the BEST experience with The Liberty Group. We had an entire house of furniture in storage with another company. We received a letter on a Wednesday, that we had to have our possession's out of storage no later than Friday and we were not in the same state!
We called Liberty and within 2 days they removed, inventoried and moved our things to their storage facility for another year.
Liberty just delivered our things to our newly renovated home. They arrived early, with a team of 5 super professional people, who all had a can do attitude. They treated us and our belongings as well as our new house with great respect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
