I called this company 1 week ago, gave all of my information and was given a date for a virtual quote a week later. Keep in mind my move at this point is 5 days out. I received a call from the virtual agent having to move my scheduled time because he was working from home and his house was busy. I accommodated the move although it was an inconvenience because i have heard and read good reviews. I just received my virtual quote and i called back to set up the service only to be told he 'just' found out they have larger jobs and now have no availability until another week and a half.. Virtual agent was Keith Haszto. Extremely unprofessional service, unreliable and untruthful. Being told they had larger jobs is evidence they got a better offer and care cancelling a quote given. Don't use this service as you will be let down if they get a better offer. Very disappointing

Had an amazing experience using Liberty to move out of my apartment. My movers were five minutes early and professional. They made moving an easy experience! Thank you guys!
