Lighthouse Moving

The guys showed up on time and were awesome. They were very kind and friendly with our dogs who were less then happy to see them. I would gladly use them again for any future moves

Because of the steep driveway at the new house, our move ended up being a lot longer and more complicated than anyone expected. This crew was amazing. They never hesitated or got discouraged. When a couple guys had to leave to pick up their kids, the owner John brought backup and for a little while had everyone chipping in. What stood out the most to us was how respectful these movers were to our belongings and our house. They were considerate and made a great impression with their friendliness and hard work. We have used them for 2 different moves and though I hope we never have to use them again, you should!

Finding good movers seems to be a difficult chore. There are variations in price where one can be nickel and dimed. (For example, time starts from when the truck leaves their office to when it arrives back at their office.) Further, there are variations in the level of customer service from both owners and their movers. (Check out online reviews and read the horror stories). I'm excited to have scheduled my next move with Lighthouse for both the value of what they offer and the professionalism with which I have been treated. I have dealt directly with the owner, John, who has been courteous, engaged, and detail oriented. I have been looking for good movers for years now and welcome the opportunity to discover a company I can refer people to. This review will be updated at the conclusion of my move to share final impressions.
