Lighthouse Storage

Michelle Divino was very helpful when I contacted the storage unit facility. I was lost on getting started, but she got me through it.

This storage facility has to be rated as one of the worst. we had put some non parishable things in the unit. When we came back to get them approximately 7 months later. We have found out we lost several thousands of dollars with of belongings due to being eaten on and tore up by mice. They never once had anything in the unit for mice. No signs nothing I had ins on it but they are saying I didn't. So now they are saying it's all on me to replace my things when I thought they were safe. Beware people

This unit was in my wife's name thats why you can't find a record of it. We did call and we was told that you wouldn't do anything about it because they couldn't find the insurance thati had to purchase when I rented it online

My property was destroyed by mic they did not do any kind of extermination they said they do but most places you have the little bags for mice to keep them out of there and everything there was no perishable items just my clothes shoes my children stuff that they made when they were children it was just really upsetting. I called to talk to them and just ask what about it and I was told it was my problem that it's my responsibility to file with my insurance to replace my stuff.
This is such bad business you won't have anything left if you did put yourself in this storage unit

I did reach out I was told it's my responsibility. This is what some of the remains of my things and I cleaned ur building up before we left but now I get told basically it's to bad thanks for cleaning it up but hate it for ur loss.
