Lighthouse Storage

We now have total of 3 climate control and 1 not. They have assigned us one unit on 2 different occasions with a lock on it. This time we cut the lock off. Also none of your unit had supplied locks inside them

We rented two spaces, and each were supposed to have locks in the units. No locks. 2 calls later and I was told to go to the lobby where there was a lock vending machine. No vending machine. End of story is that I had to pay 40 bucks for two locks that should have been in the unit. Not happy about that at all. However, customer service was very nice but only offered a $20 credit. Lighthouse should really work on this!
