Review:
They claim to have security cameras but will refuse to review any footage of my unit getting broken into after Lighthouse cut off my locks because I was late, left my unit unlocked for 2 months but charged me addition fees for my unit being left unsecured. After the detective couldnt get them to review footage, they took no responsibility for leaving my unit unlocked. They claim to have contacted me but that is false.

Beth was very helpful and great with answering all my questions and concerns she wakes me through the process quickly and got me my unit in timely matter just at time I needed one I highly recommend her as someone to talk to if you are considering lighthouse storage as place to store your things
