Lighthouse Storage

All automated, no staff onsite. Low visible, low traffic neighborhood. Not completely fenced in. A lot of bad drivers hit corners. Meds some sweeping and salt for the ice patches. Narrow passageways. Cameras all over the property. No restroom onsite.

2/15/25 update. Minus 1 star for being reactive in reviewing security cameras for a unit that was ransacked. (I called the company to let them know about the break in and was received by an uninterested person on the other end).

2/16/25 update. Called the company to see if any action has been taken because the customer's stuff was still stewn out all over the area. I was met with disinterest about my concerns.

2/18/25 update. Just talked to Beth that wanted me to change my review by calling me and letting me know that I was inaccurate when I stated that no one reviewed the security camera footage. She is correct, I did give the wrong impression. Her company did review the footage and was cooperative after being prompted by a higher authority. However, her business and ethical stance are in the best interest of the company and not the customer of when and how to report damaged property to authorities. The police and I were on the same page of wondering why the company didn't report the break in. Minus 2 star for requesting a change in review and failing to give piece of mind. Here is another example, in the registration email, they give you a gate code. . .The property is not fenced in or has limited access points, so why do I need a gate code?

My Fiance' & I (frank coleman) have been looking for an affordable and well-kept storage. We found that at Lighthouse Storage. It was also user friendly to rent online.

Michelle was very helpful with this process. It was so quick and easy and she made sure I understood everything about the rental process.
