If you want some professional thieves to steal your cherished items and slick rollers to con you into buying them beer at the end of the job, here are your guys. My ipads were conveniently stolen, they never finished unpacking my boxes (probably a good thing now that I think about it, I would have more things stolen) and my favorite art came broken in pieces several. Very smooth. That's really the best way to describe Elmer and his crew . They were friendly, fast, efficient, and communicative which are really all the traits that I would look for in a move.

I went from a shared 2 bedroom in South Beach to a studio in Lower Pac Heights, with a quick stop in Pac Heights to drop off 3 items. My former and current apartment have elevators and the stop in between did not (2nd floor). Overall, I'd say I did a decent job prepping with boxes, such that the crew didn't have to do much else besides take apart my bed, put my clothes in the wardrobe box, and pad the delicate stuff. With that said, the entire move took about 3.5-4 hours for just around $400

Price wise, this hit it right on the nose with what I spoke to Debbie about as well as what I was expecting. During the days leading up to the move, I also had way too many questions and stress for my own good, all of which Debbie was able to talk me through very calmly.

These guys are very experienced with moving within the city and I highly recommend them and will use them again!

I recently moved with Lightning and had an awful experience. Trying to get a commitment on a date within their 14 day window (which is absurd in and of itself) is impossible. They are the least flexible company to work with. Furthermore, when I inquired about a partial credit due to the fact that I had to move the furniture into storage because they had arrived earlier than I had wanted (and I now had to incur a separate storage and re-moving fee), they outright refused. The idea that people who are moving can have to find alternative living arrangements for up to 14 days is just not practical, and they do little to work with you to try to minimize that. All in all a very frustrating experience.

Hello, sorry to say with all my moving experiences with other movers, THIS is by far the worst group I have ever had. 1. Right from the start David Fimbres was lying about how they were going to handy my house hold items. 2 Items were damaged mishandled; still have a open claim with them. 3. They failed to comply with minimal standers set by the Federal Government.
