The moving rep was responsive, showed up on time to estimate the amount of things we were moving. I answered through email or phone many questions. The driver and the crew showed up actually a little early on moving day. They did not waste any time. They packed all our possessions well, though we still did have some minor damage on some pieces when they arrived cross country. But minor considering the larger items that we were afraid would arrive damaged. They did not. The driver was very responsive to our questions about their progress and their location, and he also followed up after delivery with some questions I had. We moved from Eugene, Oregon to Connecticut.

Everything went exactly as described and promised. The estimate was a little over the actual cost as well. Even the timing was on spot. There were NO surprises, which is really what you want when moving across the country.
