Called to cancel storage several times. Left message to call me. No one did. Stayed on hold for 5 minutes one time. No one picked up. Got a call today with apologies and a refund.would be 5 if the call had come before my initial response.

I called a week ago and left a message for them to call me and tell me the gate code so I can get some of my things out of storage I still haven't heard back from them yet when I call they never answer
