Administration is terrible. Overbilled me by a lot. Movers are great guys.

They tried to bill me for 4 hours of work. The move including travel time was 2.75 hours. They said the moving minimum was 3 hours and travel time was 1 hour additional. Also tacked on a $25 gas fee. Had to fight them to pay what I actually owed.

Ended up getting the bill reduced after hassles. They also offer a 10% cash discount. Had to fight more for them to honor it. Luckily I got everything in writing before hand.

Great service from beginning to end, salesman Ken was great with communication and follow up. Moving team was courteous, efficient, and super friendly. Would highly recommend Lincoln!

My experience with Lincoln was A+ all the way. Ken came to the house and estimated time and money for our move. He listened to my concerns and gave me options to address them. We came in under the price quoted, which is always a plus. Every single person that I dealt with at this company was polite and seemed happy to help. They provided boxes for packing and took them back when we were finished with them. I would absolutely use them again and would highly recommend to anyone.

Their crew was on time, friendly and quick to get the work done. Saved me so much time! I will definitely use them again.

Left me high and dry. These movers canceled my move without so much as an apology 2weeks before the move date.

UNRELIABLE AND INHUMANE

I called multiple movers the week of 07/01 requesting a move date of 07/27. These movers gave me a reasonable price for a 4man crew for 07/27- so I went with them. The morning they were scheduled to do the walk through estimate they called: they'd overslept, could they come in the late afternoon. An hour before they were supposed to arrive, they called again- 'we can't move you on the 27th'. No apologies. No recourse.

If you are directed to this company when calling ALLIED MOVING VANS, request another company. They DO NOT RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
