Linda's Daughter Senior Downsizing

Linda’s Daughter was recommended to us by Jessie Hillcock at Memory Compass. We had an urgent need to move my parents from Independent to Assisted Living. Linda’s Daughter was already booked and couldn’t move them but Anne went to their new community and took measurements and created a floor plan for us using info I provided. She did this for FREE since they couldn’t help with our move! Having a floor plan was a huge help. We didn’t have to think anything through, just moved their furniture right to where she suggested! Linda's Daughter was highly recommended to us when it was time to move my elderly father into assisted living and I am so grateful for everything they did. Moving an elderly person from their home into senior living is not just moving furniture and clothes. Anne Marie and the entire team treated my father and everything that he and my mother had created over their 73 years together with such respect and care.
As a former project manager, I was amazed at the planning, scheduling, and coordination of the move. In a single morning, his move was complete. Pictures were hung on the walls, the bed was made, the kitchen/bathroom/closets were filled, and the computer and television were up and running (a priority for my father!). The entire team returned a few days later to clean out his home in preparation for sale.

The entire crew at Linda’s Daughter made my uncle’s move from the home he loved to his assisted living residence so easy & smooth & with no complications. From the scheduling to the packing to the unpacking and final touches, they literally made it look effortless. But even more so, they treated my uncle like he was their family and their tenderness was reflected in the warmth that now exists in his home.
I’m so glad we’ll be using them in a couple weeks to move my mom. I highly recommend anyone who is moving someone they love to use this company and these incredible people.
