LIARS. SCAM....NOT INSURED. MIKE TALKS A GOOD GAME AND TELLS YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR..GIVES YOU A PRICE THEN LENTON'S MOVERS SHOW UP AND INCREASE THE PRICE OF YOUR MOVE BY $2,000 AFTER OUR THINGS WERE PACKED. HAD TO TXT LENTON PROOF OF PRICE MIKE AND I AGEED UPON FOR HIM TO HONOR THE PRICE THEN TELLS ME MIKE IS GOING TO HAVE TO PAY FOR THE DIFFERENCE??? WHAT!!! ARENT YOU GUYS WORKING FOR THE SAME COMPANY. EXPENSIVE ITEMS BROKEN....LENTON PROMISES TO PAY ME FOR OVER $600 WORTH OF DAMAGED GOODS BUT NEVER DOES....ITS BEEN 1 MONTH AND 1 WEEK SINCE OUR MOVE AND NO REIMBURSMENT....MIKE TELLS ME HE MOVES OVER 1.5MILLION PER YEAR...SURE...BUT THEY CANT PAY OVER $600 OF DAMAGES DONE TO GLASS FURNITURE. THEN I SAY IF YOUR INSURED SEND ME A CLAIM FORM...LOL..THIS GUYS SENDS ME SOME TEMPLATE OFF GOOGLE...ITS IN THE PICS PLS READ THE CLAIM FORM. ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY. TELLS ME IT WILL TAKE 30 DAYS WELL MIKE MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 41 DAYS. FRAGILE ITEMS BROKEN DESPITE BEING WRITTEN ON THE BOX. MOVERS ARRIVE LATE THEN OUR ITEMS WERE PACKED INCORRECT ORDER SO THEY LITERALLY PUT SOMEONE ELSES ITEMS ON THE STREET TO GET OURS OUT. IF WE WERE IN A SKETCHY NEIGHBORHOOD TRUST ME THINGS WOULD HAVE BEEN STOLEN FROM WHOMEVER ALSO MADE THE WRONG CHOICE LIKE US TO MOVE WITH LINK LOGISTICS. I STAYED OUTSIDE TO WATCH THE OTHER PPLS ITEMS...THE MOVER CRAWLED ON TOP AND STEPPED ON THE OTHER PPLS ITEMS TO GET TO OURS....SAD...POOR COMMUNICATION TO WHOM EVER PACKED THE TRUCK. NOW LINTON DOES NOT ANSWER HIS PHONE ANYMORE AND MIKE SAYS ONCE THE E-MAIL WITH CLAIM FORM IS SENT HE DOESNT HAVE ACCESS YET WHEN I TXT HIM TODAY HE SAYS HE'LL LOOK INTO IT. BUT WAIT...DIDNT YOU SAY YOU HAVE NO ACCESS...MORE LIES. I ASK FOR THE NAME OF THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY AND A REP I CAN SPEAK TO REGARDING OUR CLAIM...NO ANSWER..HE TOTALLY IGNORES THAT TXT. WE MAY HAVE HAD OUR THINGS BROKEN BUT THANK GOD WE RECEIVED ALL OUR ITEMS...SAD TO SEE THE OTHER REVIEW WHEN ITEMS WERE MISSING. I DONT BELIEVE THE OTHER 5 STAR REVIEWS IMPOSSIBLE. IM GOING STRAIGHT TO BBB AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS OF NEW JERSEY TO REPORT THESE GUYS. ANY LEGIT COMPANY WOULD HAVE EASILY FILED A CLAIM WITH NAME OF INSURANCE COMPANY AND REP. THE CLAIM THEY SENT ME AGAIN HAS NO LETTER HEAD WHAT A JOKE. DONT USE THESE GUYS. AT THIS POINT THE PROMISES ARE EMPTY AND THEY ARE JUST WAITING FOR MY WIFE AND I TO GET TIRED OF ASKING THEM. OH BEFORE I FORGET LINTON TELLS ME HE MAXED OUT HIS DAILY ACCOUNT LIMIT AND COULD NOT PAY ME UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY...THAT DAY NEVER CAME AND HE SAYS HE CANT PAY ME FROM HIS PERSONAL ACCOUNT BECAUSE HE PAYS TAXES ON HIS BUSINESS...LOL...DUDE YOU PEOPLE COLLECTED CASH FROM ME HOW ARE YOU REPORTING THIS ON YOUR TAXES...IRS. BBB AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS NEW JERSEY WILL GET A COPY OF MY RECEIPT AND ALL DOCUMENTS. DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM IS IMPOSSIBLE. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE NOW. THEY CHOOSE WHICH TXT MESSAGE THEY WANT TO ANSWER. MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN NOTHING BUT NICE AND RESPECTFUL AND FRUSTRATED BUT HAVE NOT DISRESPECTED THEM (I WILL POST EACH TXT IF I HAVE TO) AT THE END OF THE DAY PPL READING THIS DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. IF YOU CHOOSE TO GO WITH THEM ASK THEM FOR THE NAME AND NUMBER OF THE INSURANCE COMPANY WHO YOU WILL FILE A CLAIM WITH WHEN YOUR THINGS ARE LOST OR BROKEN. IF THEY HAVE NO ANSWER THEN GUESS WHAT.....YOU HAVE YOUR ANSWER. THE PIGGY BACK METHOD THEY TALK ABOUT IS AFFORDABLE BUT YOU KNOW WHAT THEY SAY...'YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR'

Review:

Zero stars should be an option to review this business. Both one star reviews are accurate. My sister has already posted the details of our mom's experience, which is strangely similar to the other negative review right down to the missing queen bed. Coincidence? I doubt it.

One thing this company is good at is avoiding its customers. Good luck getting in touch with them.

Beware and DO NOT use this company for your move.

Do NOT use this company! They are a scam. The same thing that another reviewer posted happened to my mother.

She moved from NY to VA. EVERY piece of furniture was damaged, EVERY box including ones with family heirlooms broken, items missing, and her bed never showed up. Not only that, items that she had not put in certain boxes were found in other boxes. I believe this company is also stealing items to sell. It’s absolutely disgusting.

She has not heard one word from the company about how they will resolve this. It’s so heartbreaking to know that people like this exist in this world. This company should be ashamed of themselves!

Please please please I beg that you DO NOT use Links Logistics for your move.
