We were highly disappointed with our cross country move. They did not pack fragile items even if we requested it, and we had a lot of damages. They stacked several boxes on the side?! which makes the box structurally weak and many of them clearly labeled fragile. There were missing parts to disassembled furniture. There was an overall lack of oversight and care to making sure of stuff would arrive without damages. I was shocked at how carelessly our stuff was handled. I would not recommend them at all.
If I had the option for zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible company! They were contracted for our military move to deliver our things to Rhode Island. Our items were stored in their warehouse in CT for three weeks until they could deliver (which we knew about ahead of time).
In those three weeks, our couch and side rails to our bed went missing making our bed frame unusable. Upon delivery of our goods, we noted these were missing and movers contacted warehouse. It has now been almost two months since our delivery and even though we have contacted Kevin our contact at the company MULTIPLE times, he has refused to return our calls regarding our missing items. Company is also not setting up a date to pick up boxes after multiple requests. Base quality assurance has also gotten involved and no return phone calls from Kevin to them either.
Movers showed up in a rented U-Haul and unprofessional attire with our items improperly arrange so items were broken. Many of our items were damaged as plastic wrapping and moving blankets had already been removed prior to loading. Deep gouges, large scratches, and rushed at the end of the day to fill out paperwork.
Avoid this company at all costs!
Can I give zero stars? 4 hours late to deliver a move. Unacceptable and horrible
They did the move last year and everything went fine. No complaints. The move was for a house that is around 6000 square feet.
