This is only a review of the guys that came to load our household goods. Paul and his crew were polite and respectful. As a single female left here to deal with this process it was appreciated that they were respectful. I was highly impressed with their honesty and integrity as they found a lost wedding ring, missing for over 6 months, and immediately they brought it to my attention. They made sure all of our high value items were securely packaged and handled gently. Furniture was treated with care. Breakable items were wrapped and covered. Pro gear and motorcycle were treated with care. I can only hope that the rest of this process goes as smoothly and the other crews involved are as competent. 4 stars only because they were running late.

Jonathan and Ryan were awesome. Efficient and friendly. And as a single woman, no creeper vibes at all (ladies know what I mean). 11 out of 10!

Bob Lippincott performed outstanding movement procedure and operations while assisting in the mass movement of my 1/2 acre Lego land set up. Bob was professional and treated my Lego’s with upmost courtesy and respect. A lot of folks are not familiar with the monetary cost of the Lego Death Star but Bob brought his knowledge in the expense with his protective movements. Bob also respected my cats and their living environment as he made sure to be careful around Rickles and Ruben, my 2 sundae cats. My wife also was delighted in the services from Robert and removed her shoes as a show of appreciation. (She had a nice French tip for viewing). Will be looking forward to using their services again when we will be mass moving my entire beanie baby collection up to the north country.

Lippincott Van Lines Winsted, CT - ***STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY***I recommended your company many times since 2002 and used you twice. My sister moved & stored with you and ALL of her upholstered furniture was ruined by moving and storing with you and some of the wooden furniture is broken beyond repair. Worst disaster ever!!! My referrals stopped today. Now they’re warnings! I thought you were reputable, but you handled her move and the communications with her extremely poorly. I’m very disappointed and totally heartbroken for my sister and her husband as they waited over 4 months to move into their new home only to have to deal with this moving disaster. Shame on you Lippincott!!! ? To top things off, they did not receive all of their belongings! They were told maybe Friday or Saturday the rest would show up. I wonder what condition that stuff will be in???? Before and after pictures...so sad?

Their missing things were NEVER found. They bought new furniture at their own expense of many thousands of dollars and never heard from the mover again. This is a company with no regard for people who are paying them thousands to safely move their lives to a new location. Just like being robbed.

I lost thousands of dollars of personal items. Especially from my Mom an alligator pouch with her papers, and my deceased brother. Six years later and Im still sick over it. Do Not use!
