Lippincott Van Lines

After backing over my mailbox, the movers told me the truck had been in yet another collision that morning and could not deliver the household goods they had trucked away. After two days of waiting, this poorly managed moving company still has not been able to find or rent a moving truck. They have offered no explanation of when I can expect to receive my property back.

4 times they've been scheduled to pick up from my house and 4 times no call, no show. 4 times. I've been reassured multiple times that next time they'd show up, but obviously I'm leaving this review because it was not the case.

Franklin and his team were professional and efficient. All of my things got from Connecticut to Virginia overnight with no lost or damaged items.
