I had an amazing experience at Litchfield Easy Storage! The facility is clean, secure, and easy to navigate, but what really stood out was the customer service. The manager, AI Gamble, went above and beyond to help me find the perfect storage unit for my needs. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process seamless. It’s rare to find such outstanding service these days. Highly recommend!

IN RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE: We DID access the gates, no problem. The inside storage, however, was NOT ACCESSIBLE. i walked AND DOUBLE CHECKED and we could NOT get in. We had to travel without our property. NO ONE to talk to. NO help AT ALL. My elderly mother had to travel without her luggage.

You need to reconsider your bogus hours as storages need to be accessible during the weekend.

Who TF closes the storage at 2 on a Saturday?!!! 3 on a Sunday. That's when people need to access their storage the most! VERY
