Llamamovers

Victor and his crew at Llama Movers were highly professional, on-time, and under budget. We contracted with Llama to provide set up and take down for a large event, and they did everything with excellence. It was obvious that they take great pride in their work, based on how they focus on getting even the smallest details right. Would highly recommend them to any local event planner who wants to source out set up and take down.

Victor from Llamamovers is such a wonderful person to work with. He always returned our phone calls and answered all of our questions. He was also helpful in letting us know how to fill the boxes and empty drawers by giving us ideas.
We have found since we last moved how things have changed in the moving industry. It is customery to either video record or send pics of home, gargage,shops etc. We would highly recommend his business. 5 stars all the way with Llamamovers.

Unable to move me for 3 weeks.....'too bad!'

I would advise looking elsewhere if you need a moving company. Here's why:
1. The owner did not come by in person for an estimate, but told me to take pics of my stuff. I was fully vaccinated and fine with him estimating in person, but I did as he instructed.
2. I sent him 2 pictures of every room. and got a quote on 8/20/21 for 5 guys at almost $1800.00 which I accepted
3. Friends helped me move the lawn furniture the day before Llamamovers came because I forgot to take pics of those items.
4. On MOVING DAY, Oct 8, 2021, he showed up with 10 guys instead of 5 quoted - essentially doubling the estimate. It was 2 days before I had to be out of the house, so I hod no choice to call anyone else by that time ! He had quoted me almost 2 months before - so he had. plenty of time to decide that he would need more guys and could contact me and redo the estimate or allow me to find someone else, but that didn’t happen..
5. They loaded 2 trucks and moved that stuff to the new house. He then 'gave me a great deal' by only charging me $2200 and topping it off with not moving the remaining stuff still left in my home! (Not fulfilling the contract). How is it 10 men and 2 trucks could not move a 1500sq ft house of stuff in one day???? My last one only took 4 college kids!
6. I had to rent a truck the next day and ask friends and family to help me move the rest – which I had planned as a cleaning day.
