The reservation process was smooth! Everyone I spoke to so far at Load & Lock is knowledgeable about the units, the pricing, the move-in process & especially about the availability of the current rentals. I thank Morgan for all of her helpful information & a special shout out to Ron for his efforts to help me get into a LARGE storage unit I am sure to love!

The store manager was very helpful, went above and beyond to help me. I would highly recommend using their facilities.
