LARGE, FAST RATE INCREASES - 6 months after I got started they raised my rate by ~50%. They’ll hook you in at a lower rate and then jack up the rates asap once you’re far away and stuck. When you call they’ll tell you that it’s allowed per the long lease document and that “the computer” does it, not them.

L&L has my full review I submitted per survey they sent me. L&L has my permission to post it anywhere they choose. I clarified employees deserved 5 stars. The business is lucky they got 1. Which means no one is going to read me justifiably ripping them for their constant, unwarranted, ridiculous price gouging. For increased maintenance on 'forever' 99% Concrete & Steel NEW building. I had no electric, no running water, no climate control yet prices kept going higher and higher on my concrete & steel square area with a roll up door. I have the screenshot and sent copy of my survey response to my e-mail. It is archived, digitally dated and time stamped. L&L will never post my honest, hard to argue, survey.

2nd time our camper has been vandalized!!! Pulled camper from their facility!! Gates all opened so not secured.
