Load and Lock Self Storage - Walnutport

Had a great experience at the Walnutport, PA location. A clean and well maintained facility. Freshly paved, plenty of new units and storage parking recently added, and new security features. Easy in and out, and convenient. Best part of my experience was the staff. The manager and his crew do a great job there. Would highly recommend to anyone. You stay on time with payments and stick to their policies and procedures you will have NO issues there despite what some may say in other reviews. Was there for 2 1/2 years without any problems whatsoever.

I already recommended load and lock to two other people! I hope they follow up. The office and facilities were very clean. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and did not rush the process which was important to me. Also at this facility, the gate times are the most convenient that I’ve found yet.

I first rented 2 10×20 units for all of my house contents after a couple months I combined both at which point I found that the one unit I was moving out of leaked on the back wall and all of my furniture was destroyed and could not be saved! I had renters insurance of my own unfortunately it wasn't enough to turn in! I eventually had to move back into the original second unit (leak was fixed) as we found that next one had also leaked and some stuff was also trash...I have since moved out of all units. I unfortunately had to leave two living room chairs behind for garbage as I had no place to get rid of them and now I'm told to pay $100 or I will be charged a monthly rent its bull...I understand the company gets charged to remove junk from the premises but really $100 for the removal of 4 items! And I'm on a monthly budget
