Review:
We booked labor only service to help us unload and they hired someone else as contractors for the job. The movers were moving super slow and not professional at all. The traffic time also not compute from the address of Loaded Mover to my place but the place where the contractors come from which added 20 minutes more per way. Feeling unsatisfied and disappointed from the movers.
Edit:
Got a call from their customer service and they do care. They made sure what happened from me and told me they will go check what’s going wrong and hope it won’t be like this in the future.
