I just finished having them handle my move to WA. Everything about it was awesome! Rene was thorough in his inspection to give us an accurate quote and laid out all of our options in a great way. Our driver, Fred, and the crews that did the moving were fast, careful, and efficient. Everyone was super polite, punctual, and communication was a breeze. If you're moving, give them your business and you won't have any regrets.

OMG, WOW. When we reported that the bed-frame of one bed had a bad connection after the move, Casey came right down to fix it. That's a 2-hour round-trip for him, and it makes us so happy that Locatelli is such a responsive company. They didn't blow us off, they made it right, right away. I'm blown away by their need to do the right thing. And, as long as he was here, he took 100+ of our used boxes back, so that we didn't have to deal with the garbage company hauling. You're in safe hands with Locatelli. Everything with a friendly smile.

The person answering the phones is very nice and confirmed the date we wanted was available for our move. She never once said anything about being too busy on the dates we talked about or not being able to confirm them, etc. She even said one date I wanted wasn't available. We debated on two different days and decided on a day that would have less traffic. They then said we need to get an estimate. A guy came out gave us a quote and when I called to schedule the same day not only was that date not available nothing was free the day after or several after that. Frustrating waste of my time. This company needs to be way more transparent on their process and train their front office staff. Left hand not talking to the right.
