Locatelli Moving and Storage

We called them and verified a date of a move that they could do it, they sent someone to our house we spent an hour with going through all our stuff and measuring and listing it all... We got a pretty high estimate but went with it anyway... and then they said they couldn't do it the day or anytime near the day they originally said they could do it... total waste of time, totally unprofessional and not dependable. AVOID

edit: response to owner.. I told you I needed to move 12th and you told me you could do it and sent someone to our house to do an estimate... now you act as if we never discussed the 12th. I was ready to reserve the 12th and just pay by hour but you pushed on coming to house to go over it first. You wasted our time in a big way. If you couldn't have done it on the 12th when needed, why send someone to quote it..

Recently used Locatelli Moving to have my belongings transported to me from San Jose, CA to Fort Collins, CO. Casey Asche was the main point of contact and Wayne was the driver - both highly professional and responsive in their communication. Wayne kept me closely updated on his progress. In regards to the contents of the move, Wayne did a great job making sure everything was consolidated and moved with care to my new place. Very happy with the level of service here, thank you both!

We used Locatelli last April to move from the west coast to the east coast. Our house was big and filled with furniture, in addition to lots of items in storage. I also own a small business and I had to move products and tools Worth 2/3 of a filled garage from floor to ceiling. Casey came over to our house and evaluated the volume, what needs to be protected, and explained to us all the steps. Casey is a professional, kind person. We made it to VA and the truck was on time. The driver gave us heads up before he arrived. The most important thing I want to highlight is that all of our belongings and business items (over 550 boxes + shelves, tables, fixtures, art, glass) arrived in the same condition. A little scratchon the bed frame and the employees pointed it out. There are minor breaks in wooden shoe cabinet but it was not a big deal. We are pleased that the truck arrived on time and that our of our belongings made it. After reading reviews for other companies, we are thankful and lucky!

We chose the hybrid option. The employees did a great work on wrapping all the kitchen glass and art then unloaded them. They put together the furniture and shelves.

The only thing I wish they work on is to provide some kind of English learning program to the employees as it is really difficult to communicate with someone who doesn't speak English. We used one of the employees, who spoke English z to communicate with the other but that was not efficient. Thank you
