After the system update you can’t even get into your unit if there is no attendant on site because the keypad is dysfunctional and does not work most of the time. Forget accessing your stuff after 5pm.

Then you actually might lose everything in your unit at any point, as they fail to charge autopay cards they have entered into the system multiple times. They do not call or text you when there is a problem.

You literally just get “we will cut your lock notice” by email after the fact, instead of “we can’t find your card in file, please pay” by phone or any other means of human communication.

Not a safe place to keep your belongings.

Since the takeover, things have been falling further into disrepair despite aggressive raises to the monthly rent. A unit next to mine got flooded, the online portal is a pain to use and made me create a new profile when they were bought out, and I just went to get my Christmas decorations from storage to find the keypad and therefore gate don't work when the office staff aren't in to manually let you in. As a business owner, I have very limited time in those hours and will have to decorate my lobby a week later than planned.

Just cut down all the trees on the premises. Downward energy move, lame.

Clean facility I have stored with them since January. no major problems with them.
Just a little unhappy with the heavy set lady who decided to go out and play with her baby and smooch with her husband and left me hanging at counter.
The guy and older gal that works there are more pleasant to do business with.
