If you’re looking for a business who has compassion for a situation as much as they want you to for not training their staff properly this isn’t the location you want to have your belongings stored at. First you call in to make a payment and They credit the wrong account because they didn’t even ask your name and had I not asked to confirm the storage unit they wouldn’t have known what had happened, and then charge your card again after you asked them specifically not to before you need to receive a refund first for their error. After all this they decided to not give me a waiver on the $10 late fee even though Lindsay said she would on Saturday for making the mistake, but maybe she didn’t have training on that either... . The manager doesn’t care about customer service, and doesn’t know what it is from a consumer point of view, but she wants me to understand her staffs “human” mistake but can’t be late 2 days on a payment because that’s not human.
