Paid for the biggest size storage unit with Higgins and after 7 years my unit was robbed! Suspicious other units were broken into at this same time but couldnt get any information OR help from the management concerning how, what, who or any compensation. IF you dont buy insurance on your belongings etc you are just OUT OF LUCK. Obvious whoever robbed Higgins storage 'business' didnt have a large vehicle used to steal stuff, but they still got me for at least $1000.00 worth of clothing and home goods. WHO steals a childs toys and clothes? Thing is I know virtually no one in this area. No one with a vendetta against me, etc.... It was an obvious case of a big set of bolt cutters and someone either sneaking in or who had a unit there, looking for units with big shackles to cut.
Dont rely on Higgins to even say OOPS, they showed no concern and certainly NO willingness to help. AND THE CAMERAS didnt reach my unit located near the back. Police also never got back with me. JUST RIPPED OFF. THANKS.

This place is ok but they will not give you any information over the phone. They will however take your information like credit card over the phone. When they 1st rent a spot they should have a code word to put on your account so they can do over the phone information.

Great place to store anything. Have had services through these guys for almost a year. Great to work with. Friendly employees. Local Family owned. Never had any problems . would recommend to anyone i meet...
