Lock Tyte Self Storage

This company was so ease to set up and right on top of all activities.

I could not access my unit with the access code given. I have all of my things that need to go in storage and my movers with me but no access. Super disappointing. Now its going to cost me for additional moving truck days and helpers. I would like to update my post and thank a lock tyte/cube smart customer service woman by the name of DD for getting me into my unit on a Sunday. It all worked out , Thank God.

Easy to contact customer service if needed, low prices, and the special touch of the new customer package I received when I first rented my unit! Amazing experience!

Bad

Smooth checkin getting a unit with Clarisa and Andrea. Place on Beaver Rd. Is confusing cause my unit was inside and took me 15mins to find it. No wagons there for heavier things.
