At first I was not too sure of the place being the gate was broken but I chose to trust it due to the fact it does have security cameras. Being tired from the move I did not properly lock the storage unit. The very next morning I received a call informing me my storage unit was not properly locked, which tells me the gate keeper/security is doing a great job!

Absolutely seamless from move in to move out. Amazing!

I love the online process - it is so quick and easy. And when I lost my keys to one of my locks, the woman I dealt with from the office in Saylorsburg was great.
