I requested Loft Moving's service to help move a king-sized foam mattress from my sister's place to my parents' and it was the best decision! The quoted price is reasonable and they were able to schedule me right away despite the short notice. I learned that it is customary for moving companies to start with a minimum hours rate rather than quote by simplicity/complexity of the job; since I only had one mattress to move, I then utilized the remaining time to have them help me move a few furniture pieces, push some bulk pickup items to curbside, as well as flipping over a mattress to replace shorter legs -- tasks that I had meant to get around to but never found the time nor energy all got done within minutes. Everyone I spoke to and met were friendly, courteous, and professional. I especially appreciate how they wrapped the mattress and secured it for transport. I wouldn't hesitate to use their service again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for help moving.
