I had a rush job that was even more complicated than my limited experience could describe. Loiselle was able to squeeze in the repairs and tuning, and the piano sounds great!

Tony is awesome! He returned my request immediately when I inquired about tuning my piano.Tony was friendly, personable and professional. He had arrived on time and went straight to the 280 keys.)
He explains any red flags that need attention .
He was easy to understand and clearly explained and answered questions. Tony is coming back in July to fix a few keys that are needing some repair. Tony' knows his craft and and knows pianos and very passionate of his work and music.
I am so happy I found Tony and at a reasonable price .
He is my go to Piano Tuner man moving forward !('tickling the ivories never sounded so sweet!)

Loiselle Piano Services did a wonderful job performing maintenance and tuning our piano. He explained the work that he recommended and was extremely honest on what was required vs. a nice to have. Extremely happy with the services.
