Lone Wolf Trucking

I am using this persons account with their permission so as not to change my original rebuttal of the false review. Once again I have never moved a Mr. Gauthier. We abide by accounting principles that would not allow us to remove a receipt for money received without it being apparent that we did so. I looked back through our receipts and have never issued one to a person by the name of Gauthier. There is more than one company called Lone Wolf Trucking in this country. We did have somebody rob our business identity several years ago and use it on a web site called U-Ship for several weeks before we found out and had it shut down. Either reviewer could post a copy of the paper work so we could determine who actually did this move if anybody really did. Or if we had dates for the move I can prove via our receipts that we did not move this person. If somebody had a legitimate complaint then I would expect them to file a complaint with the Department of Transportation or the Better Business Bureau but in the 25 years I have owned this business we have had neither, as I pride my self on being a mover. It is not what I do but what I am.

Can't share details as far as actual moving as I have not used this company, but looks to me that the owner is lying. The review put down by Dick Gauthier is correct. They were my neighbors and I was there when they moved. They also told me that the quote they were given was actually doubled when they got the final bill. While they were happy with other aspects of the move,they were outraged that the price was double the quote, which they paid and just moved on. So when the owner says they never moved these people (unless you are a new owner in the last few years), and it must be the competition making him look bad...BS.

The price quoted was so much lower than the actual charge. BE AWARE
