Excellent service! Our movers got the job done with care and as quickly as possible (all while being extremely friendly & uplifting as this was our biggest move yet). Brandon M. was great to work with, easy to contact and very professional when answering our tons of questions! 10/10 would recommend Long Moving for your next move!!

Moving stinks but I had a very good experience with Long Moving this week. I rescheduled my move date multiple times, the booking process was straightforward, and I didn't sense an ounce of frustration from them with my scheduling shenanigans. On the day of the move the lads were very pleasant, efficient, and delivered everything in the same condition it left the old place in. Pricing was honest and fair. Thank you!!!

The moving men were very professional and friendly. Brandon, the manager, didn't fully explain the differences between piano types. Also, I take some blame for the number of boxes I originally told him, it ended up being many more. This caused some confusion, and miscalculation, but overall everything worked out. I would hire them again.

This is the worst business I’ve ever hired and worked with. The guys that were actually moving our stuff were great. However, their general manager Brandon was THE most rude and disrespectful person/business I have EVER worked with in my life. He angrily raised his voice when talking to my wife on the phone while asking a few questions, which is completely unacceptable and in appropriate, about why they sent their small truck, which had to do two trips because it was too small, even though we told them we had a lot of stuff and would need a large truck to fit everything, and then he said “I don’t even know who you are!!!” when I got on the phone so he wasn’t yelling at my wife. He just kept angrily yelling, and was vehemently defensive about sending the small truck. Well Brandon, you were talking to the woman’s husband who you were berating and disrespecting, and the person signing the check that pays you. Absolutely the WORST moving company to use on the Southcoast of MA/RI. I will be telling all friends and family to stay away.
