Long Moving & Storage LLC

After an extremely bad experience with our contractor, which required us to store our furniture for well over two years. we found ourselves in the position of having to move on the hottest day of the year to date. Needless to say, after everything that did go wrong, we were quite apprehensive about the move and the condition of the items in our storage unit.

I'm happy to report that our furniture was in the same condition as the day it left our last house, and the movers completed the job quickly, safely, and with great care for our furniture, including a few heavy wool rugs and several very large antique pieces. The movers were also patient and nice, which probably wasn't easy with me hovering.

We were pleasantly surprised that the amount to be paid at the end of the move was quite reasonable. Despite the bad contractor situation, the heat, and the stressful nature of a move, in general, our interactions with Long Moving & Storage were one of our construction project's few bright spots.

Jalen was not only personable, professional, courteous, thorough and accommodating he was also extremely patient and understanding with all the changes that occurred within my move and unfortunate circumstances.

The worst movers ever. They hire guys off the street and break things. Look at the reviews carefully. The bad reviews are buried. The good reviews mention being able to take a job at the last minute and showing up early. Think about that for a minute. It is because they aren't busy and they are a terrible business. Try EKM in Newport instead.
