Aaron, Jessie, and Antonio were phenomenal with our move from Colorado to Nebraska during COVID-19. They were professional, personable, and affordable. I was accurately quoted and they were punctual. I couldn’t of asked for a better moving experience.

Leo and Alex were great. My move started in Portland when another company picked up my items. They charged over two times what I was quoted. They then put all of my belongings into a warehouse for over two weeks. LA Transfer picked my items up in Portland and I had them two days later. Leo and Alex kept asking me what more they could do for me. The were both very friendly and I would certainly use this company again.

We were pleased with this service when they picked up our stuff in Los Angeles. Though they were extremely slow in packing everything they got our stuff out the door well and took care not to damage anything. Though we ended up paying way more than we were quoted, we felt okay about how our stuff was being handled. We had our stuff in storage for close to 3 months until they dispatched it down to Atlanta. On the day the movers arrived here in Atlanta, most of our furniture was broken - dishes, art work, coat racks, desks, shelves, coffee table, all broken beyond repair. Our boxes were flung about and no care was taken. Half the crew spent most of their time sitting on our front porch chairs just talking and not trying to assemble any of the furniture that was salvageable. Now that we've unpacked, a lot of our stuff is missing like tools and an expensive ladder. I truly regret going with this company and wish I had chosen someone else. I'm sure everyone has a different experience, but ours was horrendous. Though we can file a claim to get a little bit of money for our damaged items, I am deeply saddened that I now have to buy so many new items for our new home and that it ruined our experience of moving in. I do not recommend this company at all unfortunately.
