I would like to say “Thank You” to the team at Lowell’s Moving & Storage. From the beginning, Teal worked with me and scheduled a moving date along with follow up emails as needed. She was professional and friendly. On the moving day, JJ, Steven and Chad were friendly and very careful as they moved my furniture from a 3rd floor apartment to a 1st floor apartment. Their sense of humor and conversation put me at ease during the stressful process! What a GREAT Moving Crew!!!! Thank you for everything!

Lowell's Moving & Storage is special. They provide individualized service, and most importantly, they care. They found time in their already booked schedule to accommodate my dates. Reno, the owner, came to my home and gave me a flat rate for my move. The movers were timely on both the loading day and the day of delivery since mine was an out-of-state move. I had the entire truck for my belongings, and the cost was very reasonable. It was half the quote of a competitor in South Burlington. All the furniture was wrapped as promised. The movers were skilled, hardworking, and genuinely nice people. I have moved a lot and this was by far the most pleasant. I don't typically write reviews but this type of service is rare these days and I want to support that. I had a great moving experience with no complaints. Thank you Reno, Teal, JJ, Sayeed, and Chad!

I used Lowell's Moving for my recent move from VT to MA and it went exceedingly well. I had never used a moving company before so I wasn't sure what to expect. Throughout the process, Lowell's staff was informative, responsive, patient, accommodating, and delightful. Reno came to do the quote within a week of my call. Teal provided prompt administrative and customer support. I'm embarrassed to say I can't remember the names of the two men who did the actual move for me but I think they were JT and Steve. JT came the day before the move to help me finish packing my things before I went on to MA. On the day of the move, JT, Steve, and two others loaded the truck without me there. JT and Steve met me at my new place in MA. My two granddaughters (ages 6 & 8) were with me and wanted to help. JT and Steve found lightweight things the girls could carry and readily accepted their 'help.' They were kind and patient and treated the girls like they were part of the team. The girls were there for a couple hours before they had to go and they were both happy and proud that they helped. JT & Steve also made an extra stop on the way back to drop off 2 Adirondack chairs at my daughter's house (10 minutes from me.) I should also mention that the temperature was 90+ degrees both days and it rained at the end of the second day. The entire process went as smoothly and painlessly as was possible, thanks to all the people from Lowell's.
