Lowell's Moving & Storage

I have to admit, I was a bit hesitant about this company at first. Although they were one of the only companies to respond to my call (presumably because of the recent flooding in Vermont), and they were the only one to take the job, I had a hard time getting follow-up responses from them. To be fair, they did email me 16 days before the job and I completely missed it, so the responsiveness issue apparently went both ways.

When moving day came, however, the three young men who showed up at my home were professional, friendly, and responsive. They knew I was paying by the hour and they got to work, did what needed to be done, took good care of our belongings, gave me advice about how to safely store various items, and wrapped things up efficiently. They made an onerous task manageable and perhaps even a bit enjoyable. I would most definitely use this company again.

JJ and his team were an extremely hard-working crew. Not a single item damaged in a 60 mile move. Very professional and efficient. Highly recommend.

I found Lowell’s to be a very professional team. They showed up on time, dealt with adversity of moving across a flood-ravaged area, and maintained good humor throughout. I would definitely hire them again.
