Lowy's Moving Service

Horrible. Don't use. The amount of damage they caused to our client's furniture and other items is incomprehensible. It's as if they didn't even try to be careful. Unfortunately, if you don't buy their insurance, you'll be out of luck. They aren't even trying to make things right for our client who is now going to have to spend thousands to replace or repair broken items that we just got for her. Unbelievable.

Mark the sales manager gave me a quick quote and then never bothered to respond to my call or email. Sales does not have time for questions apparently. It took one guy an hour to take a day bed apart. They used the bathroom multiple times during the hour one actually was in there for about ten minutes..they complained about the weight of the items..didn't bring boxes for lamps and somewhere between my old place and the new place they stopped to do someone a favor!!! Then told me it was going to be a slow move because one of the guys fell off the truck. Meanwhile one of the slats from the bed frame was broken off...who knows where they went or what they did on my time. The worst part for me was the presentation of the sign this moment...after all this nonsense..I was presented with an arrival time and departure form. He had the nerve to put two minutes over the four hours as the completion time. Demanded I sign the paper..when I said no he got loud with me...I would not recommend or use them ever again. I also will let my clients know about this experience.
