WHEN I TELL YOU THESE PEOPLE ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL. THEY PACKED OUR MOVE TO BELGIUM AND THEIR WORKERS STOLE HIGH VALUE ITEMS AND DIDN’T EVEN INVENTORY HALF OF OUR HOUSE!!!! THEY EMPLOYEE THIEVES, AND THE OWNER IS NO BETTER. RUDE!!!! I WILL BE PRESSING CRIMINAL CHARGES AGAINST THESE PEOPLE AND MAKING SURE THAT THEY NEVER WORK FOR THE MILITARY AGAIN! DISGUSTING! IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS, BECAUSE THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE!

This was by far the worst moving company I have used in my 18+ years of military service. Go to your transportation office and ask for another service carrier (TSP)! Even if they offer to move you for free-run, it took them 2.5 days to pack the downstairs of my 2608 sqft home and they still did not have everything packed. They took my shipment to their warehouse and downloaded it after stealing my personal lock since they did not bring their own seals because they needed the truck for another shipment (you weren’t even done with mine). That’s when I knew we were going to have problems. Then, they charged me over $300 for storage because THEY could not deliver the next day as scheduled because the other shipment they contracted took longer than expected. Are you serious, I contact Mrs. Lucas numerous times to have the packers come back to finish and I was told they would be there but one excuse was child care issues, another was the employees were not working that day (then why did they schedule for that day). This company is unprofessional, lazy, they complain about working, it’s appalling, truly. Don’t waste your money. If you are military like I am-demand they assign another TSP! This is what was left after my move was supposedly completed: notice the tags and packing boxes, tape, paper left after the first ‘shipment’ and they called it complete! This company should be ashamed and after all these negative reviews I have no idea how they still have a contract with the government. On a side note-Elroy was amazing!!!! One saving grace for this company but if I had my say, I’d cancel their contract!!!!!!!!!

Very friendly and helpful. Doesn't look like much, but the people make the business. Very knowledgeable.
