Best experience. This is my first time using movers and I was nerves. They came in and were amazing. Everything was handled with and pay extra attention to my daughter custom made hope chest. I highly recommend using them. Also, they moved our items so fast!!

Thank you Luccy Roots for coming through today (last min) and helping us move things! We had a 800lb item we needed moved to a new location and they came ready to get the job done!!!! I highly recommend to anyone needing their home or anything moved and not going to be charged a arm and a leg!

Very disappointed. I had them move me from Hemet to AZ.
They showed up on time. Great people. That's why it was hard for me to speak up. First wrong thing, they came with a small truck. But they assured me it'll fit. They got skills. Then what was said will take 2hrs, took about 7 hours to leave Hemet. Mind you, it takes 5 hours to get to AZ. So they finally leave. I got a text from my landlord that they left stuff behind. ? come to find out, it was very important stuff. Thankfully, we had a friend coming out the next morning, and he brought it to us. Then they get here, say they will unload a small trailer and come back the next morning to unload the truck. I asked about what time they would come, he said about 8, 9a.m. So 8a.m. then 9a.m. comes, I texted what's there, ETA. No response ? then I call about 10a.m. and he answers. It sounds like he's still sleeping. He tells me they got a room late, and they will leave at check out time. Again, I'm having patience.....I get it, it was a lot. So.... they finally show up at almost 2p.m. I'm like, yes!!!! They even helped take stuff to our storage. That was helpful.
Now, when I unpacked stuff is when I realized stuff is broken. First, my brand new dining table has big scratches, and the leg from my semi new TV console is broken! My 70-inch TV BROKEN. entry table, again scratches. Other small stuff is broken as well. And I'm not even done unpacking. I tried to reach out and see if they would compensate me. I see they read the text. Because they didn't answer my call. So this is why I'm leaving the review.
Please be careful.

Price point was very reasonable, their attention to detail and courtesy to belongings and avoiding damages was very much appreciated by my family. They are my go to whenever I need movers and I highly recommend using their services!
Don’t waste your time and money using anyone else. They’re the real deal!!!!
