Great communication, easy to use, clear instructions, affordable compared to other alternatives, amazing customer service, attention to detail, friendly and professional, and very fast. I was impressed by the overall experience, which significantly reduced my stress level related to my international move. I will definitely use again and highly recommend.

I found out about this service because as a FedEx delivery driver, I've delivered my share of suitcases. I didn't know such an option existed. It worked out so beautifully to send my luggage ahead of my trip, and saved me money instead of paying the airline. It was easy to navigate and get to the shipper (not LTS's issue, but the shipper was disappointing). They gave clear instructions on how to prepare for shipping.

One thing that stood out was LTS contacted me BY PHONE when I'd placed a second order to have a third piece shipped, after I'd sent the first one on the same day. They were checking to see that there wasn't an error. This I appreciated. I would use this service again and again AND recommend it to those I know who travel a lot. I'd like to see how they do internationally.
